Exams and report cards
Online exam management system with report cards
Classveew takes an exam from scheduling to the report card. Schedule it, build an online paper or print one, let multiple-choice questions mark themselves, and release a branded report card that parents download in the Classveew app.
Staff create exams on the web. Students take online exams in the browser; parents get results in the app.

Online or on paper, for every exam
Choose how each exam runs. Both end in the same place: marks, grades and a report card.
Online exams
- Build the paper with multiple choice, short and long answers, math and drawing questions.
- Students sit it in the browser, with a timer, autosave and automatic submission.
- Every student gets the multiple-choice options in a different order.
- Multiple choice is marked automatically; teachers mark the rest question by question.
Offline exams
- Print the paper as an A4 PDF, with the answer key hidden.
- Students sit the exam on paper in the classroom.
- Teachers enter the whole class’s marks on one screen, on the web or in the app.
- Add a short remark for each student; a blank mark is recorded as absent.
Report cards, released when you are ready
Every exam produces a report card for each student, as a branded PDF. You decide when families see it.
- Results stay hidden until you release the scores, once every subject is marked.
- Parents get a notification in their language the moment results are released.
- Parents open the report card in the app or on the web, and save or share the PDF.
- Parents acknowledge the result in the app; you see who has, and the rest get reminders.
On every report card
- School logo and details
- Student photo, ID, class and class teacher
- Mark and letter grade for every subject
- Each teacher's remark
- Total, average, highest and lowest mark
Grades: A 75 and above, B 65+, C 55+, S 35+, F below 35.

Exam and report card questions
Can students take exams online?
Yes, in a web browser through the Classveew student portal. Each exam has a timer, answers are saved as students go, and the paper is submitted automatically when time runs out. Every student gets the multiple-choice options in a different order, and a parent can also sit the exam with their child.
What question types can an exam paper have?
Multiple choice, short answer, long answer, math (typed, drawn or uploaded), drawing, plus text blocks for instructions. Each question has its own points, and a paper from an earlier exam can be copied and reused.
Is marking automatic?
Multiple-choice questions are marked automatically. Teachers mark the other answers question by question, and Classveew adds up the total, turns it into a percentage and gives a letter grade: A (75 and above), B (65+), C (55+), S (35+) or F.
Can we still run exams on paper?
Yes. An exam can be offline. You can print the paper as an A4 PDF with the answer key hidden, then enter the marks for the whole class on the web or in the teacher app, with an optional remark for each student.
What is on a Classveew report card?
The school's logo and details, the student's photo, ID, class and class teacher, the exam, and for each subject the mark, letter grade, teacher's remark and marking teacher. Exams with two or more subjects also show the student's total, average, highest and lowest mark. Report cards download as a PDF, one per student per exam.
When do parents see results?
Only after the school releases the scores, which is possible once every subject is marked. Parents then get a notification in their language and can open the report card in the app or on the web, and save or share the PDF. Parents acknowledge the result in the app, the school sees who has, and those who haven’t get a reminder in the morning and evening.
Who can create exams?
Admins and staff with exam management access can create exams for any class. Class teachers can create and manage exams for their own class and the subjects they teach. Exams and papers are created on the web portal.
