Timetable
School timetable software for every class
Classveew gives every classroom its own timetable. Add a lesson once, set it to repeat, and Classveew fills in the weeks for you, warning you about clashes along the way. Teachers see their week in the app, and parents see their child's.
Admins build timetables on the web. Teachers and parents follow them in the Classveew app on iOS and Android.

Enter a lesson once, not every week
Most lessons happen at the same time every week. Classveew repeats them for you, and still lets you change a single day when plans change.
- Add a lesson once, with its subject, teacher, time and the dates it runs between.
- Classveew creates every session, within your academic year, working days and school hours.
- Change or delete one day, for example when another teacher covers a lesson.
- Update the whole series later and choose whether to keep the days you changed by hand.
- Each subject has its own colour, so the week is easy to read at a glance.
How often a lesson repeats
- Daily
- Every working day
- Weekly
- The same weekdays each week
- Monthly
- The same day each month
- One-time
- A single extra lesson
Everything you need to run the school week
From the first lesson of the year to a one-day change, in one timetable everyone shares.
A timetable for every class
Each classroom has its own timetable, with the subject, teacher, start and end time and a colour for every lesson.
Repeating lessons
Set a lesson to repeat daily, weekly or monthly between two dates, or add a one-time lesson.
Clash warnings
If a lesson overlaps another in the same class's timetable, Classveew shows the dates that clash before you save.
One day or the whole series
Edit or delete a single session or the whole series, and keep one-off changes when you update the series.
Online classes
Add a meeting link to any lesson. Today's meetings on the web portal shows which online lessons are live, upcoming or ended.
Teachers in the app
Teachers see their week in the Classveew app and get a push notification when they are assigned to or removed from a lesson.
Parents see the week
Parents see their child's weekly timetable in the Classveew app and on the web.
PDF download
Download the timetables for the whole school or for one classroom as a PDF, ready to print or share.
How timetables work
- 1
Set your school week
Your working days and school hours come from your school settings, so every lesson fits inside them.
- 2
Add lessons to each class
Pick the subject, teacher, time and how often it repeats. Classveew creates every session.
- 3
Sort out clashes
Classveew warns you when a lesson overlaps another in the class's timetable, so you can move it.
- 4
Share it
Teachers are notified and see their week in the app, parents see their child’s week, and you can download a PDF.
Timetable questions
Does Classveew generate the timetable automatically?
No. You build each class timetable yourself, but you only enter a lesson once: set it to repeat daily, weekly or monthly between two dates and Classveew creates every session for you.
How does Classveew check for clashes?
When you add or change a lesson, Classveew checks the classroom's own timetable for sessions that overlap in time and shows you the dates that clash. You then decide whether to save it anyway. It does not check a teacher's lessons in other classes.
Can I change one lesson without changing the whole week?
Yes. Edit or delete a single session, or the whole repeating series. When you update a series, choose whether the change applies to every session or keeps the ones you already changed by hand.
Who can see the timetable?
Teachers see their week in the Classveew app. Parents see their child's weekly timetable in the app and on the web. Admins see every class timetable on the web, and a timetable tab on each teacher's and student's profile.
Are teachers told about changes?
Yes. Teachers get a push notification when they are assigned to a lesson or removed from one, and tapping it opens their timetable. If you change the teacher for a single day, both teachers are notified.
Can a lesson be an online class?
Yes. Add a meeting link to any lesson. The web portal's Today's meetings card lists the day's online lessons as live, upcoming or ended.
Can I print the timetable?
Yes. Download a PDF of the timetables for the whole school or for one classroom from the web portal.
Does it work for Sunday to Thursday school weeks?
Yes. The timetable only shows your school's working days and only allows lessons within your school hours, so it fits Monday to Friday and Sunday to Thursday weeks. It is available in English and Arabic.
