How re-enrollment works

Open the cycle
The cycle is already set up for the academic year. An admin opens it from the web portal.

Plan the moves
Filter by grade or classroom, select students and choose promote, transfer, graduate or leaving.

Apply or queue
Make urgent changes now and queue the rest for the end of the year.

Finalize
After the year ends, finalize: queued moves are applied together and parents are notified.
Re-enrollment questions
What is a re-enrollment cycle?
It is the move from one school year to the next. Classveew sets up a cycle automatically for each academic year and curriculum, with every active student and their current grade and classroom. Admins open it and finalize it on the web portal.
Can I promote a whole class at once?
Yes. Select as many students as you like and promote them, move them back a grade, transfer them to another classroom, graduate them or mark them as leaving. You decide every move; nothing is promoted automatically.
Do the changes happen straight away?
You choose for each move. Apply it now, or queue it and let Classveew apply every queued move together when you finalize the cycle after the academic year ends.
Are parents told?
Yes. Parents get a push notification in their language when their child is moved, graduates or is marked as leaving, and when the cycle is finalized.
What about students who join during the year?
They appear in an Unassigned tab, where an admin places them in a classroom. Students can also be moved to another curriculum.
Do we lose the old records?
No. Every move is kept in the student's history, so you can see each grade and classroom they have been in. Students who graduate or leave keep their records.
Who can manage re-enrollment?
Admins with re-enrollment access, on the web portal in English or Arabic. Access is controlled by role privileges.
