Parent communication
Parent–teacher communication app for schools
Classveew gives teachers and parents one place to talk: private chats, class group chats, a school news feed and instant alerts for attendance, homework, exams and events. Parents get it all in the Classveew app for iOS and Android, in English or Arabic.
Teachers and parents use the app. Staff also post news and manage events from the web portal.

Talk to parents without sharing phone numbers
Chats live in the school's Classveew account, not in a teacher's personal messaging app. Each conversation stays with the right class and the right families.
- Teachers chat with the parents of students in their own classes, and nobody else.
- Message one parent, several parents at once, or the whole class group.
- Parents reply in the same chat, in the Classveew app.
- Group chats show names and profile photos, never phone numbers or email addresses.
- Unread badges and push notifications, so a message is not missed.

Parent communication questions
Can parents message teachers in Classveew?
Yes, in the Classveew app for iOS and Android. A teacher starts a conversation with one parent, with several parents at once (each gets a private thread) or with the class group, and parents reply in the same chat. Teachers can only message the parents of students in their own classes.
Can Classveew replace WhatsApp groups for a class?
Each classroom can have a class group chat in the Classveew app. Group chats show members' names and profile photos, not their phone numbers or email addresses. News, photos and events go in the school news feed and event list instead of getting lost in a busy chat.
What notifications do parents get?
Parents get app notifications for new messages, attendance (check-in, check-out, absent, late arrival and early leave), new homework and homework results, scheduled exams and released scorecards, fee reminders, events, news feed posts and awards. Every notification is also kept in the in-app notification list.
How do schools share announcements and photos?
Teachers and admins post to the school news feed with photos, a video or PDFs, for the whole school or for chosen classrooms. Parents see the posts for their child, and can like and comment when comments are turned on. Staff can also create events, such as an announcement, a survey, a meeting or a paid event, and notify parents.
Can parents reply to events and permission slips?
Yes. When an event asks for consent, parents accept or decline in the app before the deadline, and can change their answer until then (unless they have already paid for a paid event). Staff see every family's response and can send a reminder to the parents who haven't answered. For paid events, parents can pay from the event screen.
Does Classveew work in Arabic?
Yes. The Classveew app and the web portal are available in English and Arabic, with a full right-to-left layout in Arabic. Notifications are sent in the language each person has chosen.
Can one parent account cover several children?
Yes. Parents switch between their children in the app, and a parent whose children attend different schools that use Classveew can switch between those schools too.
