Parent app questions
How do parents get the Classveew app?
Download Classveew from the App Store or Google Play. It runs on iPhone (iOS 15.1 or later) and Android phones (Android 7.0 or later).
How do I sign in?
Your school emails you your sign-in details, and you set your own password the first time. New parents can also create an account, confirm it with a code sent by email, and link their child with the Classveew ID from the school and the child’s date of birth.
Can I follow more than one child?
Yes. Add all your children to one account and switch between them. If they attend different Classveew schools, you can switch between schools too.
What can parents do in the app?
Follow attendance and request leave, chat with teachers, read the school news feed, see and hand in homework, view exam results and report cards, reply to events, pay fees, and see the timetable, awards, library books and syllabus. Which of these you see depends on what your child's school uses.
Will I be notified?
Yes. Push notifications arrive for attendance, messages, homework, results, events, invoices and more, and every notification is kept in an inbox in the app. Tapping one opens the item it is about.
Is my account secure?
You can turn on two-step sign-in, which asks for a code sent to your email each time you sign in. Accounts lock after repeated wrong passwords, and you can change your password or delete your account in the app at any time. Your children stay enrolled with their school.
Which languages does the app support?
English and Arabic, with a right-to-left layout in Arabic. Parents choose their language in the app settings.
